Update: 50-Mile Regulation

As mentioned last month, Center for Farmworker Families is fully committed to removing the 50-mile regulation.  The good news is that we were able to get one migrant camp to allow families to stay a little longer, until this semester of school is out, so the children don't have to move in the middle of their school.

Center for Farmworker families founder, Dr. Ann Lopez speaks, in this new video, to the details of a small victory and what Center for Farmworker Families will be pushing for in 2018 to get rid of the 50-mile regulation, which is a violation of basic human rights and dignity.
